2. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policies
-
All purchases are final and nonrefundable, including digital downloads, online courses, evaluations, and live or pre-recorded services.
-
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, partial participation, or early withdrawal.
-
Full payment is required, regardless of participation, login activity, or completion of materials.
-
Digital fulfillment: Delivery of digital materials, course access, or an evaluation report constitutes fulfillment of our obligation under this agreement.
-
For monthly coaching or membership programs:
-
A minimum 6-month commitment applies for professionals and a minimum 3-month commitment applies for parents unless otherwise stated in writing.
-
A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel or pause any recurring subscription.
-
Early termination will not result in a refund.
-
For service-based sessions (evaluations, private coaching):
-
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
-
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge for the full session fee, which will not be refunded or rescheduled.
3. Chargebacks and Financial Responsibility
-
I authorize Foodology Feeding Therapy to charge the card provided for all applicable fees.
-
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Foodology Feeding Therapy to resolve the issue is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this agreement.
-
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks will result in:
-
$35 processor fee (imposed by our merchant processor), and
-
$50 administrative research fee for staff time spent responding to the dispute.
-
If a credit or debit card is used that is not in the client’s name (e.g., grandparent or third party), the purchaser and the client’s parent/guardian are jointly responsible for all charges and disputes.
-
If an account is referred to collections, a surcharge of up to 40% of the outstanding balance will be added to cover agency fees. The client/cardholder remains fully liable for the balance plus all additional recovery costs, interest, or legal fees.
-
Payment plans must be completed in full. Missed payments may result in suspension of access to services and referral to collections.

Using materials in professional practice, teaching, or training
-
Modifying, reproducing, or creating derivative works from the materials

You agree not to share any client-facing or proprietary resources, session recordings, business strategies, or protected documents outside the bounds of this program.
-
This includes but is not limited to sharing within parent groups, social media platforms, professional trainings, or with third parties who have not purchased the program.

Access may also be revoked if unauthorized distribution of materials, intellectual property violations, or chargeback disputes occur.
-
No refund will be issued in such cases.
