Tired of Trying What Doesn’t Work? This Is the Plan That Actually Does.

This isn’t a course. It’s not a checklist. It’s a personalized roadmap — built by a specialist with years of experience distilled into instinct and intuition who knows how to get your child unstuck.

If you’ve already spent hundreds on courses, therapy, or Instagram advice with little to show for it, that’s not a failure — that’s what happens when no one looks at the real root of the problem.

This is where that changes.

Let’s Talk About the Real Cost

Most families don’t come to us first.

Most families come to us after wasting:

  • 💸 $200+ on DIY feeding courses

  • 💸 $75/week on therapy that never got past “lick this carrot 10x and get a sticker”

  • 💸 Countless dollars on safe foods, vitamins, supplements, and backup meals

  • 😩 Endless emotional energy managing food meltdowns

So let’s be honest: this isn’t expensive.
Staying stuck is expensive.

The longer you wait, the more progress — and peace — you lose.

      • Personality and Brain Type
      • Food Inventory

      • Case History

      • Photos and videos

    • These forms will be submitted directly to us online and any photos and videos can be sent to our email.

  • What to Expect:

Step 3: The Oral Motor Assessment (If Applicable)

  • What’s Included:

    • If your child is able to sit, follow directions, and participate, we’ll conduct an oral motor exam during the meeting. This involves asking your child to perform a series of tasks to assess their oral musculature and identify any challenges that may be impacting their ability to eat.

    • For Younger or Non-Verbal Children:

      • If your child is unable to actively participate in the oral motor exam (due to age or verbal limitations), we can assess their oral motor function through video submissions. You’ll simply send us videos of your child eating and photos of their mouth and oral structure. This allows us to make clear general conclusions based on what we observe, and we can still create an actionable plan tailored to their needs.

  • What to Expect:

    • This step provides valuable insight into whether there are any oral motor challenges that may be contributing to picky eating. It helps me pinpoint the right strategies and techniques to address these issues. This assessment provides valuable insight into whether oral motor challenges are contributing to eating challenges. Even if your child can’t fully participate, we are still able to make informed recommendations and move forward with creating a plan.

Step 4: The Roadmap Report

  • What’s Included:

    • After the oral motor exam, we’ll complete a personalized report that outlines your child’s current needs and a comprehensive action plan moving forward. This report is typically around 40 pages and includes:

      • Detailed Analysis of sensory, oral motor, gut red flags, mindset influences, and nutrition factors

      • Personalized Recommendations and strategies to support your child’s growth

      • Actionable Next Steps to create lasting change

  • What to Expect:

Step 5: Follow-up Meeting to Review Your Report

  • What to Expect:

    • After this meeting, you’ll feel confident and clear about the next steps to take. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your child’s unique needs and the exact steps to follow to move forward.

    • If ongoing support feels like the right fit, we’ll walk you through how coaching works and how we can help you implement your roadmap with expert guidance every step of the way.

Option 2: Premium Roadmap (Includes Gut Testing +  Consults)

For Families Who Want the Full Picture — and Are Ready to Leave No Stone Unturned

Investment: 2 Payments of $898

If your gut is telling you there’s more going on — food sensitivities, discomfort, inflammation — you’re probably right.
The Premium Roadmap is for families who don’t want to miss a thing.
Because when the gut isn’t working, feeding won’t either.

What You Get:

Includes everything in the Basic Roadmap PLUS:

  • Comprehensive gut microbiome test (not covered by insurance, and not offered by most GI docs)
  • Functional medicine consultations before and after testing
  • Personalized, natural plan to restore gut health and improve feeding tolerance

Perfect for: Families who suspect food intolerance, gut imbalance, or hidden discomfort is affecting their child’s eating — and who are ready to treat the root, not just the behavior.

What To Expect With Gut Testing?

This isn’t the kind of test you’ll get from your average GI doctor.
This is a cutting-edge, functional analysis that shows us exactly what’s happening in your child’s gut — without relying on medication or guesswork.

It’s simple, non-invasive, and takes just five minutes to collect at home. Perfect for busy parents who want answers, not more appointments.

What you’ll learn:

  • Microbiome composition: The good and bad bacteria, viruses, fungi, and more.

  • Gut health insights: What’s normal, what isn’t, and what needs support

  • Digestive capacity: How your child’s gut breaks down fiber and produces the nutrients they need

  • Gut barrier function: How their gut lining holds up — and how it might be affecting behavior, immunity, and feeding

This isn’t a wellness fad. It’s revolutionary, and in many cases, it explains why a child avoids food, reacts to textures, or can’t regulate at mealtimes.

And most importantly — it gives you a personalized plan to fix it.

  • Step 1: Schedule a consultation appointment with Jennifer (our functional medicine practitioner)

  • Step 2: Receive the test kit → Collect the sample → Mail it back

  • Step 3: When results are in, you’ll get a private consultation to review the findings.

  • Step 4: Receive a personalized, natural plan to restore gut balance — and improve feeding from the inside out

Let’s Talk About Priorities

“I’ve already spent so much…”

We hear this a lot. And it’s valid. But here’s the thing:

  • Many families spend $10,000+ a year on travel soccer.
  • Or $5,000 on a Disney trip.
  • Or thousands on tutors, camps, or birthday parties.

And that’s fine—if that’s your priority.

But if your child’s relationship with food is breaking down their health, your peace, and your family’s connection?
That deserves to be your priority.

We want to be upfront:
This program is a commitment—financially, emotionally, and with your time.

It’s not passive. It’s not background noise.
It’s real work that creates real transformation — if you’re ready.

We’re not for everyone — and that’s on purpose.
We work best with parents who are all in.
The ones who care deeply.
The ones who’ve already tried everything and are still standing and fighting.
The ones who are ready to finally get this right.

If that’s you? You’re exactly who we built this for.

If not? That’s okay too. But this probably isn’t the right fit right now.

This is a space for parents who are ready to do the work.

This isn’t about checking the box that says “We tried feeding therapy.”
It’s about actually fixing what’s keeping your child stuck.

Because saying you tried isn’t the same as doing what works.

Rachel M., Mom of 6-year-old Lily

"We were stuck in a cycle of frustration, trying everything we could think of but nothing seemed to work. After taking the quiz and realizing our daughter’s picky eating might be more than just a phase, we decided to invest in the Premium Roadmap. This was a game-changer. The gut health test revealed food allergies that had been missed by previous doctors, and we also uncovered some oral motor issues that were affecting her ability to chew and swallow properly. The report was crazy thorugh and long, and it gave us actionable steps and, most importantly, we felt supported every step of the way. The 1:1 consultation with Christine was invaluable—she gave us confidence that we were on the right path, and we now have a detailed plan that addresses everything from her gut health to her mindset. I’m so grateful for this program and the results we’ve seen so far. Our daughter is eating more variety, and we’re feeling more empowered as parents."

Sarah P., Mom of 4-year-old Emma

"I was feeling completely overwhelmed, like I was constantly walking on eggshells. Every mealtime was a battle, and it felt like food had become the enemy in our house. My daughter’s refusal to eat or try anything new was putting so much stress on us that I started avoiding meals together. We could no longer enjoy family dinners, and I was terrified every time we went out or to a friend’s house. I couldn’t take her anywhere without worrying about what she would eat, and that added so much pressure. I felt like a failure as a mom, and I didn’t know how to help her anymore.

Then we found the Basic Roadmap. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the videos and easy-to-follow plan gave me the direction I desperately needed. Christine’s approach was different from anything I had tried—it wasn’t about forcing my daughter to eat, but understanding why she was avoiding food. The roadmap made me realize I wasn’t failing, I just needed a better strategy.

It’s been a few weeks now, and although we’re still working through it, there’s a noticeable difference. Mealtimes feel less tense, and my daughter is slowly becoming more open to trying new things without me feeling like I’m pulling teeth. I can finally have hope that we’ll get there, and I’m feeling more confident in my role as a mom. The best part? We can actually enjoy meals as a family again."
